    It a common sense ..increasing the server startup time in its properties file…one should try this by himself then post such questions…its not much different from tomcat .
    If that too doesn’t work..try running the server first without your application added to it…once server is up..add you application…
    try changing from debug to run mode or vice versa…should work..
